  • Project Leadership & Strategic Planning:

    • Independently founded and directed a comprehensive aerospace defence startup, creating the M-25, a next-generation, AI-integrated aerospace system in 3 languages.

    • Authored a 6-part strategic policy framework that defined the enterprise's vision and end-to-end operations, demonstrating a holistic understanding of corporate and industrial strategy.

    • Established the project's corporate identity, securing intellectual property rights through copyright registration (trademark pending) and creating a functional departmental structure.

  • Aerospace Design & 3D Modelling:

    • Spearheaded the conceptualization and 3D design of the M-25 "Mothership" aerial platform and its family of unmanned variants (MF-25, ME-25, etc.) using Blender and various AI platforms.

    • Produced high-fidelity digital assets, including detailed technical renders of the aircraft and its systems.

  • UI/UX Design & Software Development:

    • Designed the UI/UX concept for the M-25's glass cockpit, focusing on creating an intuitive and seamless interface for a human pilot to command AI-driven assets.

    • Initiated foundational software development for a decentralized mesh network designed to provide robust Command and Control (C2) and Mission Autonomy (MA) capabilities.

  • Conducted policy research on market concentrations and anti-competitive practices within a range of Canadian industries including the grocery, retail, and airline markets.

  • Analyzed legal frameworks surrounding the Competition Act and identified gaps in enforcement.

  • Developed statistical models to measure market power and concentration trends using datasets.

  • Created data visualizations and interactive charts to support public reports, stakeholder presentations, and government briefings.

  • Collaborated with experts and advocacy organizations to co-develop reform recommendations.

  • Contributed to the national dialogue on monopolization through evidence based insights and strategic communications.
